• For orders up to 120 EUR, we recommend choosing standard shipping without DHL tracking.
• For orders exceeding 120 EUR, we highly recommend opting for DHL shipping with tracking.

Delivery Rate:

Tracking and Lost Packages:

• If your order does not arrive within 5 business days, we will investigate the matter using the tracking information. If the package is deemed lost, we will gladly replace it.
• We are happy to share the tracking number with you, which will be provided 24 hours after dispatch. If you would like to receive this information, please mention it during your order.
